What only Estora does

These aren't incremental improvements. These are capabilities no other SMB inventory tool offers.

Four purpose-built role views

Owner, manager, shift lead, staff — each sees a different interface designed for their job. Not permissions on a spreadsheet. Different views entirely.

Prep linked to inventory

Log a batch, deduct the ingredients. At the SMB level, only Estora connects prep schedules to actual consumption. Everywhere else, you need enterprise software.

Data reliability signals Coming soon

See when a count was done, who did it, and what percentage of items were covered. Know whether to trust the numbers before making decisions on them.

Exception-first multi-location Coming soon

The dashboard shows what's wrong, not everything. Multi-location managers triage by exception instead of scanning every metric at every location.

AI assistant for every role Coming soon

Ask questions in plain English. Available to all roles at the base tier — not locked behind an Enterprise paywall like MarketMan's AI.

Configure once, deploy everywhere Coming soon

Set up recipes, vendors, and categories at HQ. They propagate to every location. No competitor offers true configure-once setup.

Switching questions

Yes. Estora supports CSV import for inventory items, vendors, and recipes. If you're coming from MarketMan, Restaurant365, or another tool, export your data as CSV and import it directly. Our onboarding flow guides you through the process.

Apply for an Early Access spot now. When your MarketMan contract ends, you'll be ready to switch. We don't require contracts, so there's no pressure to commit. Learn more.

Invoice scanning is on our near-term roadmap. In the meantime, delivery receiving lets you verify orders against what arrives. Many operators find that MarketMan's invoice OCR fails ~50% of the time anyway — manual entry with a good UI is often faster than fixing OCR errors.

POS integration (starting with Square) is on our roadmap. Until then, Estora works as a standalone inventory system. Many operators start with inventory counting and vendor management — the immediate ROI from better count accuracy and reduced over-ordering doesn't depend on POS integration.
