Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all users of Estora Inventory (the "Service") operated by Estora, Inc. ("Estora"). This policy is part of our Terms of Service. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the Service to:
Abuse and disruption
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its servers, or the networks connected to it.
- Overload the Service through excessive automated requests, denial-of-service attacks, or intentional resource exhaustion.
- Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or any related system without written authorization from Estora.
Unauthorized access
- Access accounts, data, or systems that do not belong to you.
- Share login credentials with individuals outside your organization.
- Circumvent, disable, or tamper with any security features, authentication mechanisms, or access controls within the Service.
- Attempt to gain access to features, tiers, or data beyond what your subscription includes.
Data harvesting and scraping
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service, except through our official API where included in your subscription tier.
- Collect, store, or use personal information of other users without their consent.
- Harvest email addresses or other contact information from the Service for unsolicited communications.
Malicious content
- Upload, transmit, or distribute viruses, malware, ransomware, spyware, or any other harmful code.
- Upload content designed to exploit software vulnerabilities.
- Transmit spam, phishing messages, or other deceptive content through the Service.
Impersonation and fraud
- Impersonate any person, business, or entity, or falsely claim an affiliation you do not have.
- Provide false or misleading information in your account registration or to our support team.
- Use the Service to facilitate fraudulent transactions, orders, or business activities.
Illegal use
- Use the Service for any activity that violates applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations.
- Store or process data that you do not have the legal right to use.
- Use the Service to facilitate any form of discrimination, harassment, or intimidation.
Resale and redistribution
- Resell, sublicense, or provide access to the Service to third parties without Estora's written consent.
- Use data or outputs from the Service to build a competing product or service.
Enforcement
If we determine that you have violated this AUP, we may, at our sole discretion:
- Warn you and request that you stop the prohibited activity.
- Suspend your access to the Service temporarily while we investigate.
- Terminate your account, in accordance with our Terms of Service.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking enforcement action, except where immediate action is necessary to protect the Service or other users.
Reporting Violations
If you believe another user is violating this AUP, please report it to us at info@estora.tech. Include as much detail as possible so we can investigate promptly.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email.
